classes start today, that's cool i guess. i wonder why i'm writing more recently
than i have been.

also i spent like all of yesterday writing a text editor thing, and this just
feels like one of those projects that i'm gonna abandon right before it goes
anywhere, but eh whatever, when i get the motivation to work on something *and*
there isn't other stuff i need to be doing i gotta ride that wave. i don't know
whether the design is good or not, it's a cool design on paper but idk how well
it works given that it's the kind of design that would work very well on plan 9
but maybe not as well on systems actually in use today. gonna stick with it for
now though.
