hm speaking of overthinking every message i send, i overthink a LOT huh. like, a
lot a lot. every action i do i overthink, like oh god they think im weird or
annoying. even things i DONT do, like if i dont send a message out of fear of
rejection, i then think that the fact that i didnt send it makes them like me
less. and its fucking me up
